I realize that you've encountered a problem with your account got locked and you want receive your verification code on your second email and I understand how you feel.

According to your description, we need to confirm whether your second email is the verification method for your locked account. If so, you can try to log in to your locked account and select other verification methods when logging in. You should be able to see your other verification methods here. At the same time, I don’t know why your account is locked. Since this Community member cannot view and operate your account, you can also try to contact online support to get help with your account:

I just made a email and I followed all the steps, it said I’m gonna get a email around 24 hours to make sure my account is truly mine, but I had a question the email says “to request a password reset for *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. Because you've turned on two-step verification for your account, we ignore these requests but wanted to let you know.” does that mean I’ma be able to get my account back or that I’m not able to because of the two step verification?

It’s not the password I’m having issues with. I’m having issues with my account getting locked fro security purposes. It wants me to put in a phone number to get a recovery code from the text or voice message. However, I don’t have a phone like, at all.
I’ve also already tried to reset my password, which did change but I’m still security locked.
