I can confirm I have the ultimate edition on Xbox.

I have tried the methods you mentioned and they are still missing. The only item I got was the fifa points. I didn’t get any of the packs or players mentioned when I bought the game.

I spent a lot of money on the game and at the moment it’s a total disappointment.

If yes and you're playing the game on Xbox console, kindly try to perform a power cycle:

Shut down your console completely.
Unplug it from the wall.
Leave it unplugged for around 2 to 5 minutes.
Plug the console back and turn it on.

If your bonus contents are still not showing, you might need to download additional content to the game by yourself. Here’s how to do it:

Head to My Games and Apps.
Find EA Sports FC 24.
Press A to select the game.
Choose “Ready to Install” from the drop-down menu.
Select the available add-on that you wish to install and confirm.

Can you please clarify which content you're missing? If you cancelled your pre-order and later repurchased the game you would not be eligible for the pre-order content.
