i’m losing in game content and cant find out how to get it back

We understand the inconvenience caused. As per description, you lost your game content the NBA2K. Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern. However, before we proceed, we would like to ask some questions.

1. When did the issue started?
   
2. Any changes made that may cause the issue?
   
3. Do you have error message, do you mind of sending a screenshot for us to understand properly?
   
4. What platform are you using, PC, Console or Mobile?
   
5. Is this only happening on a particular game?
   
6. Did you accidentally delete it?

As an initial remedy to fix the issue, kindly follow the listed below steps.

• Here’s what you should do:
  
  1. Go to the Desktop and double-click on the Recycle Bin icon.
     
  2. Once the Recycle Bin window opens, check if it contains the deleted game file or not.
     
  3. If it’s there, right-click on it and select Restore.
     
  4. The game file should automatically reappear at the location where it was once saved.
     

How to recover deleted game data on PC.

Make sure to select the drive on which your game was installed. There are various scan options to choose from, but for best results, you’ll want to select All Recovery Methods. Since it consists of all 4 scanning modes, it has the best chance to recover deleted game data.

Look in the settings of the Xbox and in ‘system’ (but i’m not certain, so keep looking if i’m wrong) and you’ll find ‘download 4K Game Content. Enable this.

Thanks for the help but i’m still trying to figure out how to unlock the bonus content

Be happy tou got into a winning game. Most of the time you are put in a game because some just cant handle losing and back out.
