Im looking for a XBone clan/group to join!

I am looking for a solid group of adult gamers to join. I am currently playing Halo 5 and BLOPS III online. I am 46 years old and I want to avoid the usual crap that goes with clans that are for kids. I am certainly not the best player out there, I am
also not the worst. I would like a friendly social clan. Anything like this out there for me?
