I'm just wondering why my 500GB Xbox can only use 200GB , I understand about reserved space...

It shouldn't take that much space.

The system is around 140GB.

Please, reset your console.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

The internal HDD is the one used for the OS and updates to that. Space is already reserved on it, hence why you only have like 320GB available of the 500GB.

the 500GB version only has a reserve space of 138GB (comes with 362GB available). Why does the 1TB version have a reserve space size of 220GB?

MS dont have to justify anything, as stantard a 500GB Harddrive will come with 450GB of space available to use then MS reserve 75GB for all 3 of the Operating Systems they use on the xbox one, for instance i recently got a 5TB Seagate HDD, without installing
anything on it, the drive only had 4.5TB available to use, for every 500GB you only actually get 450GB, Hence why i lost 500GB of the 5TB drive.

Aw man, I'm wondering why it works when I clear the reserved space for warzone
