I’m just trying to play with my friends, what do I do?

I bought Minecraft realms, but it won’t work, and just says, “your purchase succeeded, but we can’t create your realm right now. We will create your realm as soon as possible. Check back later on this device“ but I waited over an hour and nothing has changed. What do I do?

I restarted my Xbox and Minecraft over 5 times, nothing.

Can you please check if the subscription is showing as "active" on your end? Please follow the steps below:

"Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions."

Once confirmed, For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

"POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. "

If that still didn't work, kindly remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

" REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

ADD ACCOUNT

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console."

It’s been happening to me to I’m trying to play with my friends but it’s not working what should I do???

Hey Nathan, I’m not getting any errors when we try to connect. Instead, none of my friends show up as playing even though we all are. My PlayStation and Xbox friends are able to see when they are playing, and can easily connect with each other, yet I can’t. We are all on the latest version, and I play on Nintendo Switch. I’m not sure what to do anymore.
