No im not in the insiders program, and when on pc/xbox one x the new add ons ( to buy) only appear if i go to the individual game. It doesnt show new available add ons in the store when i click new add ons.

Are you in the insider program? Because im having a similar issue with one of my xbox ones

Sorry to hear about the issues with GTA IV. What happens when you try to play GTA IV itself and not the DLC? Do you get an error message or code when you try to launch the game?

are you on the insider program ? i cannot be 100% certain as its a while since i used twitch to stream, but i know at one point there was an issue with the twitch app and you had to be on the insider program to broadcast via webcam, im not sure if this has been solved and its another issue, but once i entered the xbox preview insider program it solved my issues at the time.

im have kinda the same problem when i say xbox record that it wont show on my activity feed and i cant see my friends all it shows is the ones from days ago and im in the preview program
