Im in my xbox party and sometimes it say party got disconnected and gives me a notification...

Other issues I've recently had is with the NFL app not loading videos and being slow. Titanfall likes to disconnect from the server randomly while in the lobby and sometimes during mid game. The party app will give me an error and say that I can connect
to the party but after that it shows me in the party but I'm unable to communicate with anyone till I exit out of the party and sometimes I have to reset my xbox one.

Is this happening on Xbox, PC or mobile app?
If it’s on Xbox, what console do you have?
If it’s on PC, are you using windows 10 or 11?

Do you know if your device received an update recently?
And, tell me briefly what did you tried so far to fix this

it’s happening on Xbox series X it started to happen yesterday ive tried restarting my xbox and deleting my account along with disconnecting my wifi and trying again bit nothing worked

Let’s try to isolate the problem a bit more, for this:

A. Try connecting your console to a completely different Wi-Fi network
For this purpose you can share mobile data via Wi-Fi hotspot

B. Try using the party chat feature using the Xbox mobile app in your phone and verify if maybe something similar happens (with and without Wi-Fi)

C. Try using a custom DNS address:
go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.
When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.
If that doesn't work use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary

D. Clear your MAC address
Go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address
Select Clear, restart your console and give it a new try

By the way, are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console?

It sometimes happens that a party chat will fail/disconnect and kick members out. (The symptoms of this are often getting multiple notifications that everyone else left the party.) Were you able to try rejoining or creating a new party?

On the other hand, if the notification specifically mentioned being 'kicked out' this means the party host ejected you from chat. You would still be able to join other parties or create your own.
