    I'm in desperate need to speak to a support agent regarding my other Microsoft account


    So I've been using this account for a while, but I have another account that I use less often. Mainly because Discord gave away 3 months of free Xbox game pass for windows. Earlier this week I ran into PC issues and decided to reset my PC. I completely
    forgot my Gamertag since I never took note of it since it's not my main account.

    I have no way to recover my account since I lost the number that was tied to that account a while back and the account recovery is asking for the last emails I sent and last subjects. I don't know any of that since I never used it for emails. I have the code
    I used to redeem the Xbox game pass, as well as the payment information I needed to provide to redeem the code.

    Please I'm desperate. I have active billing on that account and I cannot afford to get billed on a locked out account.

    I am sorry this happened. You will need to contact Microsoft Support https://support.microsoft.com/contactus and speak to an agent, they are the only ones who have access to your account information and can help with any account related issues. Just type "speak to an agent" after launching the Virtual Agent assistant.

    I am afraid if purchased for the wrong account it cannot be transferred to another. You may be able to get the charges refunded then purchase it on the second account. You would need to speak to a support agent regarding an accidental purchase refund
