    so there's absolutely nothing that can be done? I did everything to purchase it, and it just didn't go through. Wouldn't that seem like an error on your guys part. If I had known it didn't work I would've contacted while the promotion was still on. Is
    there no way to even give a discount code? This is quite disappointing to say the least.

    You said that the issue was the price changing, not that you made a purchase and it didn't go through. Price change wasn't an Xbox issue, that's all up to Rockstar. However, if you paid the correct amount for the pack and recieved an error you should contact

    I'm sorry you're having a hard time trying to purchase this pack. I just looked and the price for the Criminal Starter Pack is currently listed @ 9.99 which does come with $1,000,000 bonus cash. No, that isn't a megalodon cash card but it's better than
    no cash and you still get that pack. I'm sorry as there is nothing we can do about your situation. Before you purchase cash for a game or game add-on I would advise that you always double check the price as they change often from time to time.

    As stated above by Xbox Forums Ambassador
    G4m3r Z0mb13    , adjusting the price for the promotion, or providing any sort of discount tokens or coupons is out of the question.

    Here on the Xbox Forums we are unable to provide for you any sort of compensation for missing out on that promotion. Additionally Xbox Customer Support will also be unable to provide any sort of recompense.

    The only other thing to do would be to wait for another promotion for the in-game currency you seek.

    Now if you didn't receive the in-game currency when you purchased the DLC, Xbox Customer Support would be unable to add that balance to your account, and you would then be referred back to the developers of the game,
    Rockstar, as they would be able to confirm your purchased was made for the content and they will be able to assist you further.
