Im having Xbox recovery issues and I need help !

First a question, You succeeded in recovering your account?

If so, does the problem occur with everygame? Do you have the games installed on your HDD, if so have you tried reinstalling the games to you HDD?

Let it know, if you have any results and/or questions.

Well, my network connection is fine. However when I go to recover profile, it says "connecting to network' the seconds later is says something about not being able to install the game?!?! I have tried without a disk in etc. After this message I receive one
saying unable to access XBL! Strangely enough I tried to make a new account, just to try and kick strt it maybe, but it won't let me access sign up from a brand new account. I have scoured support forum to no avail!

Yeah I'm happy with changing details, just thought maybe it was causing a conflict that my account was up for renewal ed of October, my CC had expired, so auto renewal can't have been an option . Somehow I am now subscribed for another year! My initial thought
was that maybe this was causing a conflict, but then surely that wouldn t impact on a brand new account set-up?

Go into the system settings and preform an inital setup. that will reset everything to default.
