    I'm having update issues, sent here by Xbox Support.


    I was on xbox support trying to get help as my console won't play sound on apps and games. It worked fine but I had two updates on Alpha Skip Ahead and since the first one I haven't been able to hear anything. I thought the second would fox that but it hasn't. I don't have a dolby atmos and the guy from the support said the only way for it to be fixed is if I message here as when I tried to report via the insiderhub it wouldn't let me press send to send off the report. My GT is Lord Racoustic.
