Im having troubles

Hi, I seem to be having trouble purchasing anything from the store. When I click on buy it then loads for a second and then says "Use a different way to pay, we couldnt get the authorization for this purchase. If you have questions, contact your payment
provider." Any help would be appreciated

Can you explain exactly what your issue is and what you are experiencing trouble with? I'd love to try and help, but there's not much info to go on in your first post.

Hi,

I'm assuming that you're being asked to agree to the terms of use which was just recently updated. If that's the case and you can no longer access your parental e-mail account due to it being hacked then you will need to do one of two things. You can try to
reset your password, and if that doesn't work you can try to fill out the Microsoft account recovery form located
here.

If neither options work I'm afraid that you won't be able to agree to those terms or access the account. In order to
promote your account from a child to an adult you still need to be able to agree to the terms of use one last time. Inability to do
this means that you're locked out of the account.

Firstly

My best advice is to mute the person and step away from the situation. Believe me i know its easier said than done but at the end of the day getting into that whole situation is not worth the time or energy.

Its natural to have a bad day, we all have them. But remember to always think how you would feel with people calling you names.

They cant tell you that you'll be permanently banned by the way, only the enforcement team determine that.

Try to consider to put your settings on friends only, which filters out messages, game chat, invites etc unless they are your friend. Which can help on those days you are having a rough day and don't want to potentially get triggered by people in game chat.

There is a Code of Conduct that was violated. It will be up to Enforcement to determine the sanction you will receive. Unfortunately some acts and words can't simply be retracted. Lesson learned. Next time just block and report the players and avoid any
confrontations.

You must calm down. And follow this. Gaming is for fun and fun only. If someone attack you respond with kidness. Be above anger and hate. If simeone realy bother you, block, mute, report. Respect everyone like you want to be respected.
