    I'm having trouble signing in to the Xbox app on my PC. What should I do?


    Today, I launched the Xbox app on my PC to browse the catalog for games. Then, I found a game I really liked (the game's name was Asphalt 9: Legends for credit), but then, I realized that I was not signed in. So, I tapped the "Sign In" at the top of the screen. A black screen pop-upped for half a second, and then it disappeared. I couldn't sign in after restarting multiple times and the same thing happened every time.

    If I do the console reset option that doesn’t remove games and apps on the Xbox series s, does it still remove all accounts as well?

    Edit: I'm using my brother's computer with his account tied as the only account to the PC. Does that have anything to do with it?
    Warning! If you are using the Xbox app on your brother's PC and his account, you will redeem the subscription on his account!!!

    What you have to do is, go to the user account settings of your brother's PC, and add your own account to the device's family users.

    Then sign out of your brother's account and sign in with your own account.

    Launch the Xbox App there and you should be signed in with your own account on the Xbox App.

    Now you should be able to use it normally without any PIN shenanigans.

    Have you checked if you are signed in using the same account to both Microsoft Store and Xbox App?

    You can also try manually searching for the game on you Xbox App or Microsoft store. An option to install should be there.
