Ive been trying for two days now to preorder this game and ive been getting the same “ We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out.” Error message

Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

Click on this link https://support.xbox.com/contact-us
Click on "Contact us " in green box. A window will pop up,
under What are you having trouble with? Select Subscriptions & Billing
under What is the issue? Select I need help purchasing content
Click "Next" then Click "Skip"
Select " Request a call"
