I'm having trouble linking my Xbox account to gigantic

I have tried all the steps and I did make a support ticket, but I wasn't able to fix the problem, I was told to contact the Xbox support team, I'm guessing it could be something with my Hotmail

From what you described, it sounds like your Xbox is showing your Bethesda account as linked, but on the Bethesda.net website, it's not showing any linked Xbox account, and you're unable to re-link it manually. This can happen when the Xbox account was previously linked to a different Bethesda account. Have you ever used a different Bethesda account before? Sometimes Xbox gets linked to an old account without realizing it.

Access the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

Then enter the Ubisoft Account Management website.
