If you read the line right under your email address it tell you exactly what to do. You can remove paypal as the payment method but you must replace the payment method with something else in order to do so!!!

Man, I advise you to remove the image or hide your email from now on, it's not forbidden by rules but it's for your own safety and hacking prevention.

Don't ever leave a trace of your personal data, ever, even if it's only an email.

To remove a payment method, you have to first move your subscriptions to a different method, or cancel the subscriptions.

Do you have any current transactions pending? Did you use it and then try to remove it right after? I find that I cannot remove a payment option until I add a different one first.
