If you own game pass and you never purchased the game this error appears due to the game was delisted from the game pass library since August 31 (2K decision)

If you want to keep playing the game you need to purchase it

Yup this happened to me for nba 2k22 and 2k23 and now Diablo 4. Over 200 dollars in games bought and haven't played them. They just take your money. It's insane that they can get away with it. It's pretty much stealing. I pay for games that work. They sell faulty games, make you jump through a million hoops for it to still not work. Then tell you there's nothing they can do and keep your money. All of this is done through email so its a very long conversation to get nowhere.

Still no update on this, its pretty ridiculous. went through all the recommendations xbox support have given and all yeilded the same results.

Happened with COD cold war, NBA 2k 22 and Madden 22 all titles without smart delivery and using dual entitlement. Combo of software and hardware problems i'd say. either way something needs to be done.

You report it and each company plays the blame game with each other - Microsoft says its an issue with the game, 2k says its an issue with the console.
