    I'm having problems with my Xbox Live Rewards. Is showing an error.


    My Xbox Live Rewards account can't transfer information with my Microsoft Account.

    My deposits are not being approved, however, my details are correct.

    What can be done?

    Keep getting an error code when I try to connect to live

    I'm having the same error message on my Xbox 360, but it only started this morning, August 1st, 2018. Haven't had any NAT error messages, but did have some trouble messaging and connecting with people on Xbox Live, though my NAT is still showing open.

    error 80072746, but connection test is successful

    Hello,

    my Xbox 360S was in repair, now I'm permanently having problems with xbox live.

    Error 80072746 is being shown, but when I make the connection test it is successful.

    An update is not forced.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. Since this issue is currently being caused by a
    database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. Since this error is causing your information
    to not be received, adjusting your information will not solve this issue. The prompt asking you to check your information is a generic troubleshooter that will not work for this particular situation. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience
    while our other team works on a solution.

    Xbox won't let me sign in

    Sorry, just wanted to let you know that you don't get rewards from Xbox for having sign-in problems.

    There have been a lot of errors lately with connecting to games, and at the time that I'm writing this, there are errors in accessing TV, Music and Video on the Xbox.

    You can check the Xbox Status page anytime and it will show you any known issues that Xbox is aware of and are currently working on.

    Hi.

    I'm having the same problem showing the same error code.

    I've checked this on my laptop and it shows that I'm signed in but it won't allow me to do it on my Xbox.

    Have you sorted it out?
