I'm not sure what you mean by source but if you require a replacement accessory for your Xbox One (Such as a power supply) you may be able to purchase what you require from
Device Service & repair webpage. Once you have opened the webpage select your console and accessories from the pull down list and you may find what you require here.

Hey, Im currently having the same problem with the HP 2311x, it wont detect the 360 as an HDMI source.

Thats what Im thinking. Don’t most 4k streaming sources require at least 25Mb down?

im not talking about giving back a rank. im talking about fixing the problem entirely. obviously some loose code or something is messed up, so why not tackle the source of the problem? which is the glitch causing your rank to be reset.
