I’m having problems signing on on the xbox 360 halo reach.

I’m trying to play halo reach on an xbox one with the Xbox 360 disc. I need to sign in to my account before playing, it says that I can’t connect and to fix it I need to download it again. I then go to download profile and put in my account email and password but it says that there is a problem with the credentials I am using, and to fix it I need to go to https://account.live.com to fix it. I go there and nothing shows up on how to fix this problem. Can anyone help?

So my TV supports NTSC/Pal and everything.

Halo Reach is Region Free

My XBOX 360 is NTSC version and I should not have any problems with PAL Halo Reach(Not goes for all games)?

Yea ive got the same problem, But only whit Halo Reach. On dashboard > Connected to Xbox Live

Start Halo Reach > Disconnect no mesaage at all > Try to Sign in > Cant connect to xbox live. Back to Dashboard > Sign it automatic. FTW?

I had this same problem. The last game i played was halo reach. When i started my console next time and signed into Xbox live, my console freezed. When I skipped sign in and started halo reach, it showed an upgrade is required. After upgrading, my problem
was solved.... Hope it works for you all too...
