I'm having problems getting my rewards after purcashing games and surveys

I have been a member of the Xbox Live Rewards program for a few years now and up to a few months ago I was receiving rewards for purchasing games and doing surveys but for whatever reason now it's not working for example the other day I did a survey and
just in the past few days I have bought 3 games but I'm still not receiving any rewards. Is there something going on with it?

Help! Rewards not working

I'm not getting any reward points for any of the games I buy / preorder and none either for the achievements I get too. I'm only getting rewards for taking surveys.. please can anyone help with this it's quite annoying. I've got my 1 star rank too and still
haven't got anything.

Is their any news on this case of mine? I've had no news and it's been almost 3 weeks since I opened this case.

Since I opened this case I've done 2 surveys for December and January on the rewards section, no reward points were received again, just those two surveys should of given me 500 points.

I've bought lots of stuff through the store over the last couple of years and I've never received any rewards, I feel like I'm losing out here and it's frustrating me!

I've just logged into my rewards profile and still have 0 points and 0 points pending, even though I've done the two recwnt surveys!

Any help on this would be really appreciated now, it's been three weeks and I'm getting nowhere, I've also got loads of xmas money I want to spend in the store but I'm not until I start getting the rewards I'm owed.

 

Credits for the survey should show as pending about 96 hours after you completed the survey. If not, make sure the site shows you have completed the survey.

As far as purchases, what offers are you looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

 

I pre ordered Skyrim and purchased some games on their October sale.

 

If you preordered Skyrim this month it would count towards your Games on Demand punchcard. You would need to purchase 2 more eligible games in order to complete the offer and receive credits.

The games from the October sale would just depend on if they are eligible for one of the other offers on the site, like the I heart horror offer. If it does, it takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending. If not, they would be part of your VIP rebate
if you are eligible. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds.
If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
at (Xbox Live Rewards). We see that your last MyVIP payback was in August 2015, so you have not been getting payback
for some time now. We also see you have received your October survey Credits. Please be patient as Credit rewarding is not an instant process and can take up to 96 hours.
