Im having problem with buying Xbox game pass Ultimate

Discus and support Im having problem with buying Xbox game pass Ultimate in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; So, basically the issue is that Im unable to pay with my credit card, it says that I wrote a wrong information ( cc number, card holder name etc.),...     Im having problem with buying Xbox game pass Ultimate


    So, basically the issue is that Im unable to pay with my credit card, it says that I wrote a wrong information ( cc number, card holder name etc.), meanwhile everything is good and dunno where the issue is, btw. I used that credit card on a different account,
    and I couldn't even add that credit card as a payment method

    hm..and i have one more question...i bought PC game pass for 1€...if u buy now ultimate for 1€ it will give me +1 month MORE ? or it will only upgrade my game pass PC to ULTIMATE??

    maybe i should first buy ultimate and then pc game pass to get 2month for 2€ ...idk im ne where so im asking

    it wil only upgrade? yes pointless but if its only for 1€ im asking for this....if i have pc game pass and buy ultimate for 1€ now so if its will give me 1MONTH MORE or ONLY upgrade from pc game pass to ultimate?

    or better was buy first ultimate and then pc game pass then shoudl give me 2months for 2€? or how...

    Hi if you buy Ultimate game pass Xbox live is included with it. You do not have to purchase Xbox live to be able to buy The Ultimate version of game pass. Hope this helps.

    Sadly, the game is only included in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Joshua.

    To play the game we need to buy the game or buy an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
