Kindly make sure that your NAT type is set to "Open." You can view and change the NAT type in your Xbox settings.

And then do the port forwarding and these ports should be open on your router. These ports include:

88 (UDP)

3074 (UDP and TCP)

53 (UDP and TCP)

80 (TCP), 500 (UDP)

3544 (UDP)

4500 (UDP).

Next is to enable UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) on your router.

After that kindly your router and modem to refresh the network connection

And for DayZ Freezing Issues:

Kindly update GPU Drivers, make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date.

Check for Windows updates as well by going to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and then click Check for updates.

Then disable Firewall/Antivirus. Please temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus software to see if it's blocking the game.

Please uninstall and then reinstall the game in order for the corrupted files will be deleted.

Yes, I just tried that and I’m still having party chat issues.

I’ve been having the same problem and it’s on games I’ve had for a long time. I’ve noticed the problem on R6, a multiplayer game that I’ve always had working game chat on, and it doesn’t work on DayZ which also has had normal game chat before the problem.
I can hear game chat occasionally, but I’m not able to talk back. I’ve updated my controllers and I can talk fine in party chat. Thanks to anyone that can help me with my strange problem!
