    I tried to purchase the Doctor Who Minecraft Skins for my son under his Gamertag. It says the skins are not available for kids or teens. If I purchased them under my Gamertag would he have access to them?

    Fortnite Download not loading

    hi,

    My son has fortnite downloaded on his xbox 1, from last night when he clicks on it to load it, it doesn't load. Hes also having same issue with minecraft on disc. Other downloads and discs load. Hes tried resetting it and changing energy source, didnt
    help. He doesn't want to un and reinstall fortnite as he says he'll lose his acheivements and add ons hes bought? Can anyone help please!?

    Minecraft purchases transferred to my sons account

    Hi!

    So my son plays minecraft on the ipad and I have bought many packs and skins for him. Now that he is a little older I made him his own xbox account and I'd like for all the packs and skins to be transfered to his account. It is a child account that is
    connected to mine but when I sign into the game with his account all the old packs and skins are not there and he has to remain signed into my account.

    Is there any way to migrate these purchases to a child account connected to a main account so he can have some "account independence"

    Transferring Xbox account onto a new Microsoft account.

    I have similar issue.
    When my son got an Xbox I set him up under my account; he was very young and I didn't want him to have his own account. Seemed best practice to set him up under my account.

    He will be 18 this year, he now has a Microsoft account, and wants to have his Xbox account under his own Microsoft account.

    It's absolutely ridiculous that Microsoft don't allow transfer between family members to account for kids growing up and wanting to take control of their own digital assets.

    I followed the link and made an account. my problem is all the things my son purchased in minecraft without logging in since he didn't have an account isn't transferring over to his microsoft account. how can I get the items purchased before he has an account on his iPad (that he is still playing on) to be under his microsoft account.
