    i don't understand it, but i've removed anyone following me from my followers, which is now displaying "followers 0". unlike friends, despite not having one person as a friend under friends it shows "1", but to my knowledge i'm not following anything

    We're not able to issue any type of refund or assist with billing issues over the forums. You'll need to speak with the chat/phone teams for help with that. What is the error message and error code you see while playing the game? Can you share a picture

    Actually you were misinformed as no one on the forums can help with enforcement actions either.

    However, please try deleting your gamertag then power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. After that redownload your gamertag and see if that helps.
