Also make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store.

I understand what you mean but yeah i found what you ment lan ports i have 4 and 3 of 4 are being used. I've never had my xbox on wireless because its phat hdmi xbox arcade.

So, I assume you are using a wireless connection with your Xbox.

to manually change the wireless channel on your router. When or if, you have wireless devices or close-by wireless network(s) that are communicating on the same channel or radio frequency, the airwaves can then become crowded and collisions start to occur.
See if this feature is available on your device, and try different channels to see if it improves your signal strength.
