I'm having a problem with the Xbox PC app

Discus and support I'm having a problem with the Xbox PC app in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can no longer install the Xbox PC app and therefore no longer play games on the PC like the new Forza.     I'm having a problem with the Xbox PC app


    I can no longer install the Xbox PC app and therefore no longer play games on the PC like the new Forza. What is this and how can I fix it?

    Hi Marcel P! I hope you are well, delighted to be able to offer you my help!

    1. On your PC, go to Xbox.com and select Sign in. If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help you solve them. If you can't get past the login screen, select Forgot my password and follow the instructions.

    2. If that didn't work, select Home button > Settings > Time & language. Under date & time, make sure the Set time automatically setting is turned on. Open time and language settings

    3. If neither of those options work, select Start button > Settings > Accounts, then find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select Delete. Then go back to the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just deleted (Open Settings).

    Hello Bb2kn, do not know what would be your operating system, Win 10 or 11, and this freeze only happens with this App or with some other program?

    Also, have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10 and 11?

    Updates are often seen as optional, Microsoft released major fixes this week, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed.

    Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

    XBOX DVR records clips with sound out of sync

    I'm having the same problem both on my XBOX and on my PC (using the XBOX app's Game DVR). All of my audio problems have only occurred on Rainbow Six Siege, both on XBOX and PC. All other games work fine.
