    I'm having a problem with my xbox live gold suscription


    I have already payed my xbox live gold suscription for 12 months, 3 weeks ago and even played on these days but right now when i want to play it doesn't let me and it says I need to have a gold suscription. could someone help me? (I'm from Mexico )

    Error getting access ingame gold features with active suscription

    Hello,

    I have an active live gold suscription, 1 week ago.

    I was playing to Destiny 2 gold suscription features like playing crucible or strike matchmaking but yesterday it appear disabled to me asking me to buy new gold suscription.

    I already do this things with no solution:

    - Reset my xbox

    - Switch to another profile

    - Reset my internet network

    - Check my suscriptions on my xbox (seems ok)

    - Check my suscriptions on xbox web (seems ok)

    - Asked on reddit, discord, bungie forum, twitter ... and got no solution

    Already have no solution and I think there is a problem with my account or something.

    Could you please...

    - ¿Check my xbox live gold suscription?

    - ¿Check with Bungie that my account is fine?

    I am unable to link through x box live despite my subscription being up to date. Any ideas how to resolve?
    I got problems too. My xbox saids that my suscription is Being up to date too and i have 5 monts left of gold suscription.

    Xbox Live Gold issues

    Hi,

    When I try to access to online features, it tells me that I no longer have a Xbox Live Gold suscription. But I still have the suscription until january 2020. And when I go to check my suscriptions, it tells me that I have Xbox live gold until january 2020.
    But it still tells me I don't have it when I try to go online, with every games and tells me to extend my suscription.

    Is there anything to do or should I just wait until it is fixed ?

    Hope my english is understandable.

    It is happening with me too. And it is late to talk with microsoft just tomorrow. Please somebody help us. the Live Gold Service is not cheap enouth to fail like this way mainly for who live in Brazil. I hope you can understand my english. Waiting for solution
    ASAP.

    Gameshare interfering with game pass

    The game needs Xbox live gold to play, I'm asking you to confirm that you have the suscription as other games, like fortnite/Apex/warzone/rocket/infinite being free to play don't need a Xbox live gold suscription, also you don't need it for Xbox party so the best way to confirm if it's active its here

    So you say that if I stop paying Live suscription but another account in my home Xbox One starts playing it; in order for that account to play the Games with Gold I downloaded before, he needs to sign in with my account which does not have Live and also
    sign in with his account whch has Gold suscription activated?
