I'm having a problem with Hidden City: Hidden Object Adventure game.

I opened the game which is a new update. It comes on as usual. Then forces me to move from upper city to lower city, then it closes the game. Is this my problem or is it a system problem? I've uninstalled the game, then reinstalled and still find the same problem. I have not been able to play the new game at all.

If it is related to the game "Hidden City", as it is not developed by Microsoft, but by a third party, you should contact the developers' support.

Did all of that and still this morning would not open. Finally have uninstalled, and am reinstalling, but afraid that I'll lose all friends, inventory, etc. If so, bye, bye.

perhaps there was a windows update that happened? have to tried restarting your PC again?

Is it maybe not still lingering in your task manager? you can open that, and attempt to end the task, and retry
