    I’m having a problem with changing my gamer tag


    Ok so I wanted to change my gamer tag so I added money to my balance. 100% sure it was enough to buy a new gamer tag. I typed in my new gamer tag, clicked, check availability and then clicked change gamer tag and change gamer tag again. Then I saw it had my balance selected for my method of purchase so I pressed buy. It loads for a few seconds then this error message pops up(unable to upload the image it keeps on failing) : we’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out LSbgRdznX21+gLfJ5hvV1u.11. The country at the bottom of the page does say my country name and in terms of billing. All the information is there other than preferred shipping address. So yeah. Help would be great
