    Still haven't gotten my game from my redeemed code..

    Hey, here, about a month ago, I redeemed my Xbox one choose your game bundle code, for Rare Replay, and I still haven't gotten the code, I have talked to 2 support people, and sent in a request to the support thing... I have yet for any response
    of the support (been 3 weeks since filing) I am beginning to think I am being scammed. What is with is? I want my game!

    Forza 6 Game-Code still not received (X-Box One Bundle (choose your game)

    Hey there! I bought the X-Box One Bundle "Choose your Game" a few days ago, where you're able to choose between four games (Forza 6, Halo, Tomb Raider, Rare Replay). There was this little card which said I should go on Xbox.com/name-your-game and register
    myself with a valid E-Mail-Address, the code on the card and my date of birth. I did everything and chose Forza 6. It said I would receive my Forza 6 - gamecode within 24 hours. I've been waiting for four days already and haven't received an E-Mail yet. I've
    been trying to contact the support but I haven't got any answers yet. Can anybody help me?

    Are you sure that the bundle is for the name your game bundle? You already received a free gears of war code so I doubt there's a promotion code for another game to claim. Unless I missed the part where you still get a free code(25 digit code) aside from
    the name your game process.
