    I'm gonna come back to xbox but i lost my main account.


    Well, to be honest, I forgot the email of my account, and I want to go back to xbox, but I do not want to start again and for more reason I spent money on that account, it's a very old account (like when Black Ops 2 came out).
    I know the gamertag, everything and even the password i repeat i only forgoted the email.

    Please, help, I want to go back.

    Can't log on to Xbox Live, can't download my Profile.

    I'm now able to come back to the forums, Xbox LIVE is now working, but all of my friends are gone. I guess that they're hidden because I went on my secondary account and all of my friends were that as well as my main account.

    I'm gonna start with this, this account is a ghost account that also has my main email account. My main XBL account is using an email address that never existed. Now i want both my main email and XBL account to share the same Live ID. The question is
    how do i eliminate this account and move my actual XBL account unto it.

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem, I know how frustrating that is as I ran into the same problem not too long ago. You can always try to

    Find your Microsoft account email address     by following the steps on that support article.

    If you are unable to find the account going through that, go ahead and
    Contact Xbox Customer Support     for more help.

    I don't think they can recover the email for you. I think this is done to prevent people gaining access to other peoples accounts. You will have to go through a recovery process to help.

    Can't have access to EA play games.

    I appreciate that you gave me some of your time to assist me catch a solution for my issue, I'll try it and I'll let you updated, basically I'd both delete/remove Xbox APP alongside EA play app, afterwards I'm downloading them once again, gonna sign in first with my main xbox account then link my xbox store account and finally gonna try to link my xbox main account with the EA play.

    I wish that the steps I've mentioned above are right, and if I'm mistaking one of them, let me know.
