Im going into mw2 or warzone 2 both and when I go in it shows the picture then turns black...

Yes, your game progress is stored in the cloud storage of your profile. Uninstall and reinstalling the game won't affect your game progress.

Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console
