I’m getting mass followers for no reason

Actually, there are some reports about this that bots are being used to follow active users on Xbox so they can also be followed back for them to look legit and possibly use that account for fraud.

If they do not look legit to you, I suggest to just block them or just make sure not to follow them back. But this feature is already bound with Xbox and cannot be removed or avoided.

Just also make sure you set your privacy settings properly where they cannot view your information.

You will not get banned unless you did something wrong to get all these followers. If nothing wrong was done, you can rest at ease. This is a known situation and you will not get suspended just because many people/bots started following you.

You won't get banned for the number of followers you have. If you believe they are fake/bot accounts, then report and block the accounts using the Xbox reporting feature. there is no information on my 2 week ban from august that’s why I’m asking if I had gotten mass reported same with my permanently ban on august 31st with no reason for action I just got kicked out of my account. I got banned from the Xbox network

I would just like to say I too have tried just about everything and I’m having the same issue. Bought the series S a week ago, and it’s been having connectivity issues nonstop. I mean every other game non stop. I’m returning it unless someone can give me a reasonable solution/explanation. And I’m following this thread.
