first step do a power cycle of your console in order to clean the cache, to do it press and hold for 10 seconds the front power button

second step go to settings under the connection settings and check your connection...

Maybe the problem is in the internet connection

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

This is a known issue, that is happening to a lot of people playing the game. Where the game is in preview access, this kind of stuff could be expected. I am sure with future updates this will be lessened and removed . It still is
frustrating though, it is happening to me so I understand. I hope its addressed soon for everyone!

There are two things you can try in order to fix this issue (and please let me know if you've tried these steps already). You can enable UPnP. This is actually required for you to play on Xbox LIVE. For years I had the same issue as you in terms of connecting
and playing without issues (which I had plenty of) and enabling UPnP solved all that. You can also put in these ports in the Port Forwarding section of your router's administration panel. TCP port 3074, UDP port 88, and UDP port 307. Let me know if this
