    Yes, I tried everything even restarting the console and uninstalling the app but eventually everything worked out. Thank you.

    I'm sorry that you're experiencing issues with a purchase made.

    Unfortunately, there are other users experiencing this same issue, but at least now you know that it's not just you.

    What troubleshooting have you done? Have you tried to power cycle your console? Did you contact Xbox Support?

    Im getting Error Code 0x8004b822.

    Thank you for you response. The issue is resolved. I used the Xbox Assist on my console which determined the problem was streaming issues with two apps - Netflix and Movies and TV. The Movies and TV app needed updating. It was fixed within minutes.

    In regards to your video viewing issues, there are a few things I want to go over with you and see what needs to be done next.

    • Is this a purchase, or just a rental? If so, is it downloaded, or streaming?
    • If this is a purchase, try signing into
      http://video.xbox.com      . Can you stream it from the website without issues?
    • On your Xbox One, press the Menu Button on your controller and go to Settings>System. Under Location, Time Zone, and System Time, what do you have it set as?
    • What region are you currently in?
