You would need to contact your isp as it's down to them to resolve as ddos attacks are done via your broadband/internet & not xbox live.

You should report & block this person as well.

Also,calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

At that point you'd need to contact your ISP, there's nothing else that Microsoft can do as this "DDoS" isn't originating from their servers. This type of activity is illegal, and you should definitely report it to your ISP. They might be more willing to
give you a change in your static IP.

My account has been used with unauthorized access.

And these items were scammed from my disabled son.

I called x-box they said to write a complaint and maybe you could help.

two players took possion of 1,200,000 points and told him he was scammed.

I have the users names and I would like to see if you would ban them from x-box 360

before they do this to someone else.

I have a static IP though, meaning if they just write it down or something they can keep me offline.
