Report the person who said it and the message if it was said that way.

Block the person and then check the email associated with your account to make sure it wasn't logged into another location.

You can call customer support to get them to check it for you as well. I recommend changing your password as well and setting up security options.

I’m sorry I’m afraid the screen is still black, I had the green boot up screen but it’s still just a black screen.

When I try to enter Minecraft,it gives me a prompt saying a license error and that I must try later but still hasn’t changed.

I have bought it but it still won’t work.Can you help me get it to work?

You're not getting into what? What is it you bought? How is it not working. Are there any error codes or error messages? If so, then what are they?

Hi, yeah its happening on every game i have been on so far, my internet reconnects instantly when i get booted back to my home page, i’m with BT but the internet itself is fine
