    I’m getting annoyed with this


    right, so I have had this problem for a while which is that it won’t let me send messages through The Xbox messaging system or the Xbox one smartglass app and it is getting in my way so much but because of this it makes me feel I have had a ban from messaging
    and I would really like a solution.

    You're not getting into what? What is it you bought? How is it not working. Are there any error codes or error messages? If so, then what are they?

    These are the sort of details you should provide. Simply saying "it won't work" doesnt give us any information to even begin to provide any sort of constructive assistance.

    Currently as it stands im not even sure yet what you need help with since there arent any details.
