    I’m getting an error when I try to sign into Fortnite that says “an unexpected error occurred while signing in to your account for Xbox live. Please try again later.” What does this mean and how can I fox it?

    If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a couple of questions:

    - Are you experiencing similar issues with other online games or features on your console?

    - Could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current network Status"?

    Did you delete your profile only and delete marketplace data and clear system cache

    and redownload your profile

    of course make sure you know the password and email first.
