i'M GETTING AN ERROR

Discus and support i'M GETTING AN ERROR in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I get the error 0x80070520 support says there is no documentation for that error.     i'M GETTING AN ERROR


    I get the error 0x80070520 support says there is no documentation for that error.

    When I click- "not you" it brings up my email address.. I choose it and it brings up my screen name, welcomes me back... when I click "Let's Play" I get the same error message.

    I'm stuck. I'm, playing on a computer not a console.

    Hello!

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues playing a game. What game is it that you are playing? Have you ever been able to play that game before in the past?

    Have you attempted to check the current network connection status to ensure that there is not an error occurring for the network? I suggest safely powering down your PC and then unplugging it from the power source for at least 5 minutes then plug it back
    in and try again. Let us know with a reply a bit more information to determine how to best assist you.

    I would also check to make sure you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription and make sure it hasn't expired.

    Hello!

    A few things to try. Reboot the computer, sign out of the Xbox App & store and sign back in with the account, and uninstall & reinstall the game.
