I’m getting a message that says current profile not allowed to play on Xbox network

1. Test the Xbox Live connection: You can test your Xbox Live connection by going to Settings, choosing Network Settings, selecting your network, and choosing the Test network connection option.

2. Clear the system cache: You can try clearing the system cache on your Xbox console.

3 Try to use different account and let sign in.

When I try to play on Xbox live with my new account I get a message saying 'the current profile is not allowed I play on Xbox live'
