Discus and support I’m game installing in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I’m trying to install my game to my new console.     I’m trying to install my game to my new console. But it keep stopping and and saying error downloading and i own the game and when it is downloading it take a very long time like 9 hours

    Content purchase and download issues

    I’m able to buy and download games but I’m not getting the option to install my games. When I go to the manage screen, I keep getting a message that says “we’re having trouble finding your stuff”. I’m not given the option to install or uninstall the games.
