I'm fed up with not getting my points, all my hard earned money goes on Xbox live.

You have been ignoring the people and not even tried to fix the points system, there has been promises to fix this for the last year!

Yeah same here same exact problem I change my password I tried to change family settings on my xbox also no use I tried all my emails, and yet no use!!! I'm also very fed up with Xbox customer service I paid $60.00 of hard earned money for what only a month
of use before the stupid "terms and condition" thing...... Just ridiculous

I am having the same problem. i have game disc tried installed and not installed, have the download content saved to hard drive. i am getting fed up with this and at this point just want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Same problem, except I've reached 35,800 credits. The Xbox Rewards website say my account need to be updated, but when I follow the link I end up on my billing profile, and whatever I do, the deposit stay locked.

If you're successful in unlocking yours, please tell me how you do it!

 

Don't you guys understand that this is a scam? We are many posting with our accounts all good and checked and there is no answer or that the "other" team will take care of that. There is no such thing as the other team. Ask the support and they keep sending
you here. Why? Because there is nothing for us to get from that program.

This is the wrong sub-forum to receive support. Everyone here who has not already needs to create their own post and mark "support" in the drop-down. Anything posted under the "discussion" sub-forum is not monitored by the staff.

Same here. It's been well over a year now. The lack of service and communication with regards to this issue is PATHETIC.
