Ok, so i just tried on one laptop with WIN 10 same version as i have on my PC and it works fine, without asking any passcode, laptop has build in bluetooth, on my PC im using bluetooth dongle, does have this new controller problems with BT dongles? it just
working with build in bluetooth ? im waiting for new dongle to try it out im really curious,

Ah ok i didn't know that. Now i turn off that settings on my Wifi/Bluetooth adapter. The option showed up only in my "Intel(R) Wifi 6E..." where in the "Bluetooth Device..." there was not this option. Is it correct?

dont mixup your wifi speed with your internet connection speed.

bluetooth and wifi use near the same band, i dont have any issues with it and im on samsung note 10 plus. it could be the signal from your router is not the best and is weakened further when bluetooth is in use.

Here are the troubleshooting steps:

Please re-sync the controller. Press and hold the pairing button on your controller until the Xbox button starts flashing rapidly.

On your laptop, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and select Add Bluetooth or other device.

Choose Bluetooth and select your controller from the list.

And then update bluetooth drivers. Kindly make sure your laptop's Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You can do this by going to Device Manager, expanding the Bluetooth section, right-clicking your Bluetooth adapter, and selecting Update driver.

Next is to clear bluetooth cache. Please do this on your laptop, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.

Remove the Xbox controller from the list of paired devices.

Restart your laptop and try pairing the controller again.

If the wireless connection is still not working, kindly connect your controller to your laptop using a USB cable. This can help determine if the issue is with the wireless connection.

After that, check for Interference. There should be no other wireless devices causing interference with the Bluetooth signal. Kindly move your laptop and controller to a different location.
