    I'm experiencing constant crashes/shutdowns on Xbox Series X


    Got the console on monday and it was working fine until today. I've been unable to play today because everytime I try to launch a game (Forza Horizon 4 in this case) or even mid-game, the console shutdowns completely. I checked for loose cables, signs of overheating but everything was in order. Has anyone else experienced this same issue? And how can I be sure it's a software issue or something and not a console failure?

    Battlefield 2042 series x crashing

    I've had constant freezing and crashing since I downloaded it on gamepass. Just now, I had the app crash twice in a row, the thirf time I came back, it froze on the match loading screen and forced my system to shutdown involuntarily.

    BF2042 is a trash game, and I'm so glad I didn't pay for it. I would be so pissed to have paid full price for this garbage.

    I am experiencing the same problem but in reverse. I am using an Xbox Series X and can play Forza Horizon without it crashing, until I join a convey, at which point my game crashes.

    Appears to have been happening since the update that was recently applied for the game.
