I'm debited twice a month, need help

Hello,

I have a subscription to xbox live (6.99 per month), but I'm debited twice a month.

On my account (gt: ), the operation takes place the 14th of the month, but, there is, since many months, another operation the 25th.

I don't understand, and it's quite annoying because I lost at least 50e for nothing...

I need some help to stop this.

I just checked my banking account and I noticed that my Xbox Live subscription (6 months - 59,99€) has been debited twice the 18th December 2017.

How can I be refund of these second subscription ?

Hi,

I got it a Xbox 360 and I tried make the signature of a month Xbox Live, but on the first time something happened and not work, so I tried again but I put for 12 months and work and was debited of my Credit Card, after 2 month was debited again one month
of my Credit Card, How can I fix this?

The best place to go would be account.microsoft.com and sign in. From there, find a duplicate order and click "Get order help" that will take you to a page with instructions on how to reach ]Billing Support. They will be able to help with the additional
charges and hopefully prevent it from happening again.

 

for all billing issues i would recomend calling in direclty to 18004myxbox only xbox support can issue refunds
