I'm currently stuck

Discus and support I'm currently stuck in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I keep getting the error 101 00000504 8B050041 and I don't know what to do I have followed all the steps to try and fix it like replacing my hard drive...     I'm currently stuck


    I keep getting the error 101 00000504 8B050041 and I don't know what to do I have followed all the steps to try and fix it like replacing my hard drive and following the steps to install the OSU1 file and I'm trying to find a way to fix it without sending it out to be repaired due to it being out of warranty. So do you have any suggestions?

    Hey there!

    Just so you're aware, you posted this during a time when Xbox Live core services were having issues across the board so a lot of functionality was affected. Are you able to send messages today? If not, can you follow the steps on doing the

    account/reputation check     here please? Going through those steps should hopefully get you up and messaging.

    Let us know if that doesn't work though and we'll take another look!
