Im console temporarily banned for no reason. PLEASE HELP ME

Im temporarily console banned and i don't know why i think i have been hacked or something because i play legit, no boosting, no hacking, no glitching so i need help.

Halo Reach ban

Hey me and my cousin were playing halo reach alot yesterday and about 1:00 Am we got ban for NO reason, i got no email, no time on when i get unban, but anyway they ban my console too. Temporarily though on all of this, BUT thats not my point i got banned
for no apparent reason. If anyone can help me PLEASE do. Thanks

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click on the hammer icon. There you can see the reason for the action.

I also wanted to mention that there is no such thing as a temporary console ban. If your console has been banned from accessing Live then that is permanent. However, if it is your gamertag that has been suspended then you'll be able to open a case review
with the PET if the action is more than 24 hours long.

I also wanted to mention that there is no such thing as a temporary console ban. If your console has been banned from accessing Live then that is permanent. However, if it is your gamertag that has been suspended then you'll be able to open a case review
with the PET if the action is more than 24 hours long.

im not banned from xbox live i can sign in to evrything but when i start to play online in "halo reach" i never get credits and it says the - this xbox 360 has been temporarily banned from getting credits" :'(

sorry for the late reply. if you can get online with other games then it may be a game suspension that you have and not a console one. if that was the case you would need to contact the developer for more assistance.

Console bans aren't issued lightly. You can learn more about device bans
HERE. However they are not reviewable.
